Yesterday we headed out in the murk and went to Sumburgh via Boddam. No puffins but lots of guillemots and razorbills. We didn't see much so gradually headed North to have lunch in the Hoswick cafe.
Afterwards, we checked out the beach. We had two otters playing offshore
As it was wet, we did a trip to town so Roanna could see the new Cope store. It's looking really smart.
The weather brightened, so we had a lovely stop at Redayre beach for some beachcombing. The owner of the house popped out to say hello and gave Roanna two spice jars of sea glass, lovely .
It's a beautiful spot and we spotted a lovely grouse by the clifftop
We headed home via Scalloway Chinese takeaway, and were pleased to find 6 barnacle geese right by the house.
