Today was the 5th anniversary of the car accident that changed rather a lot in our lives. It's been hard with some bad memories and difficult decisions but then without it we wouldn't be where we are today - and we love our house and where we are.
So we went out so as not to dwell. Not many birds about as its mighty windy, but it was nice.
One side of the attic is now just about done.
Some very good news today. After a big diet change Rob now has his diabetes under control. The diabetes clinic where very pleased today.For those in the know his HB1C is down to 54. He has lost 2 stone and 2 waist sizes. All good.
We have booked to go down on the ferry on the 30th to collect the new car. That's exciting too.
Think Geri knows we have been a bit all over the place today. Lots of cuddles.
