Rob stayed in bed today as he is still a bit rough. Jill felt better and pottered around a bit. Mid morning test showed as negative, which was quicker than expected. Apart from feeling a bit tired, full of cold, a cough and the feeling that her ears are permanently in a bucket if water. Jill is definately on the mend.
Sat on the stairs, Jill did a wee bit of work on the painting - oh so much undercoating!!
About 1pm Jill left Rob tucked up with a coffee, and drove to the shop for some milk and cake.
The velvet scoter is still at the Bridge of Walls and was actually not right at the other side for a change. Almost photographable.
Then we had a treat. It was being kept for the new kitchen, but Jill opened the breadmaker that was bought with money from the parents, Staff and Governors when I left Surlingham Primary this time last year. Wow, so much has happened.. it was yummy. Will take a photo next time as we ate it too quickly.
