Road trip end. Day 19 and 20.

Day 19.  

Last day was extended by 2 hours as the first flight was delayed by 2 hours. Luckily so was the 2nd from Toronto.

Jill wanted to get one more walk in, even though it was murky dismal. Ellison Park is a storm run off and is just up the road from the hotel.

 3 additions to the trip list, although no sign of the target bird- night heron.










Then it was off to the airport in time to drop the xar off. I think they were surprised at the 9900km miles extra now on the clock!

 Day 20. After 3 flight we got back to Shetland safely and picked up the cats from the cattery. The bathroom looks amazing , although it's not finished as we need permission from planning to change the window. Scaffolding on the back is down to and we have a vontainer for storage.





We need to do some checking but we think we finished 162 species of bird.

    A really interesting trip with some great pictures. Glad you're back safe and sound. Look forward to the next stages in your Shetland project.
