Little jolly to Aberdeen

We got up at just after 5.15am.( should have been earlier but there was a technical hitch with alarm)  and we drove to the airport. Its nice and compact so we got there in plenty of time. Flight left an hour late.

Minibus took us to the hospital and all went well - although they didn't do the eye laser surgery for Rob as they hadn't yet received the notes from Norfolk that they needed. They did some scans and have said we need to persuade the N and N to pass the notes. Don't know how we are going to do that. Surgery rebooted for mid July.

Jill was amused by the hospitals social distancing sign. Much more interesting than keeping 2 trolley lengths apart which was widely suggested down south.

The flight back was nearly an hour and a half late but we got back safe and sound. We met some lovely people including Liz who had bid on, and really wanted our house. The hospital staff and air crew were all amazing.

We had been worrying about Bentley but he was a fair bit better when we finally arrived home. He was happy we were home.

While we were out the plumbers put the piping in for the new bathroom and Michael had started on one of the rooms upstairs. Looking impressive. Photos to follow tomorrow.
