Jill's been busy making some little bricks to finish off the steps. The first ones are going in. They use up the pottery that has been found in the garden.
Also, Jill has been in the attic working on insulating the gable end. It's trickier than originally thought making the frame as the stone sticks out and gets in the way.
The last two bits of insulation board have gone into the eaves too.
The hedgehog. Peerie Spikey is doing really well. He eats more than the cats and has already increased his body weight by about a third.
He is definately feeling good as he climbed out of his box!
We did have a wander to the shop for some chocolate and to Melby. It was very very quiet but the first autumn Great Northern Diver is back.
On the way home we spotted a family of Whoopers and the long staying Magpie but the weather was really drizzly so then we went for a coffee.
But this got delayed by a gorgeous Hare right by the road. Car hide time! Getting some practice in for our hare workshops in March.
We just put the kettle on when the phone rang. We have a late guest and he was outside. Good timing for tea!
