Trial day out

We got up late as we slept well. What we needed with this virus.

The weather was surprisingly good so late morning we decided to give it a go and head out.

It started well with a pair of Grouse on the driveway.

We drove over the Alps and got to Toft for the ferry just as they went for lunch so we had to wait 2 hours!

We stopped at Gutcher again for a quick view of the Eyebrowed Thrush that is still there. It only showed briefly.

It was fun though as we stood watching in a sheep field.

With lots of starlings

Jill left Rob and had a quick drive to Cullivoe Maina. The peerie wood had 6 crossbills and 3 spotted flycatchers.

We got home very tired but managed to survive the day. Just the cough left.
