Sanderling tiffs

Lots of gardening this morning. Including putting in a climber. Let's see if it survives!

The strimmer came out and the new willows got watered. They seem to be doing well.

Mid afternoon we went to see if we could see the American Golden Plover again, but we didn't refind it. So, we had a quick check at Melby. The common terns are back.

There were plenty of Sanderling squabbling. They are all slightly different in plummage.

There were also turnstones and Ringed plover.

Can't believe the sun is still shining!
