Its just a Starling in a canon.

What a day!. The weather was amazing and calm as, well, a very calm thing. We booked to go over to Skerries again as its such a magical place and the sea was like a huge mill pond. The light was stunning too.

There were lots of guillimots, puffins and razor ills just loafing around.

Oh nearly forgot we had a sleepy pair of red throated divers by the road on the way to the ferry.

Had two new flowers on Skerries. Oysterplant and creeping willow,  nice.

We didn't have anything majorly rare but lots of general migrants. Chiffchaff, Garden Warblers, Red backed Shrikes, Whitethroats and Lesser Whitethroats , Redstart, Willow Warblers, Cross bills, and skulky marsh Warblers.

There was also a le stating Redstart and a Starling in a Cannon.

On our return to top it off, a Minke Whale. Thank you Skerries.

We hope the new trees you planted today in your new plantation, grow.
