Got lucky again

Finally created a bit of space to download to the phone so here are some mire of yesterday's lovely waders and the Twite on the beach.

Today the chaps were again on the roof . We hoped to get the first Velux in but it did a sprinkling of rain.  The new lead is on though and tucked in to its new bed of harl ( Jill had to go and get some gravel as we had run out)

Jill removed the last of the broken gate post and filled the hole in the wall where the wood had been. Then it  was pointed up to make the ends safe.

Geri supervised

The hole was filled with a lovely licheny stone so it looks like it's always been there.

Jill also tidied up the pile of stones by the barn and created a peerie seat.

The bluebells look lovely in the garden.

We went back to Sandness as Rob likes Sanderling and yay, got lucky, the otter showed again.

It was a bit jumpy this even as there were people about making a bit of noise.
