Spare part

 Change in the weather again. Thick fog this morning and some heavy rain.

Working indoors again it was a bit samey today with Bruce working on the upstairs doors, Jill cleaning down today stone walls and Rob sanding.

Both very tedious jobs.  You can see the bits that have been done now though.

Tomorrow is the Walls show so the village has been fearing up all week. We felt a bit like spare parts last year as we didn't know anyone, but this year we know quite a few so feel part of the community.

Jill wentvalong this evening to drop off two lemon drizzle cakes for the afternoon teas and to help turn 40 loaves into sandwiches. Looking forward to tomorrow. It was good fun and good company.

The weather changed on the way home so  a slow drive back was called for.
