Bruce finished off the floor today in the bathroom so it's ready for the lino.
Jill managed another coat on the door before Robs usual Friday appointment
On the way we passed the viking machine that is bits of windturbine trundling along the road to get to where it needs to be.
103 of these going up. It is really poor that the islanders don't benefit from these. All the electricity will go South.
We did a quick bit of shopping and then followed the news of an American Wigeon at Scatness. We met with our good friend Penny while there for a catch up
on her house hunting. The Wigeon was very jumpy but did come to our end of the Loch once.
Stayed in the area for a while and watched the Arctic terns at Grutness. There were a few lapwing and ringed plover chick's about too.
Sumburgh was awkward as they are fixing the roof on the engine room so we didn't stay long.
We had a good afternoon and both managed to forget our worries for a while.
