Jill got started early painting outside before the weather changed. It was decidedly chilly today so it was only a few hours outside
It was difficult to concentrate with the view but it was quite entertaining as the wind was blowing the paint around.
Late morning we did some patch birding. Loads of gulls at Melby, several Great Northern Divers, a group of hares chasing each other and a nice Golden Plover on the drive.
Had a nice chat with eldest daughter today as it was her birthday. Happy birthday Sam.
This afternoon Jill did some titivating of the paintwork in the kitchen, sanded, filled and put the 2nd coat of undercoat on the door frame.
