Most women have a different thing in mind when doing their nails

We had no builders today and as the sun was shining we decided to do another tip run and a bit of birdwatching. It was mild and ranged between sun and hail.

Jill loaded 19 bags of rubble in the car and we headed out. Its quite theraputic  getting rid of so much.

We had a lovely set of rainbows at Sound.

We had our first Shetland Shovelor and found some more Eider, in the sun this time. Lots of snipe about too.

At Melby we had 3 Red-throated Divers and 4 Great Northen Divers. Lots of Kittiwakes and gulls. Watched a distant otter bite a diver on the behind.

Back at home the delivery had arrived from Jewsons and the cement wasn't yotslly covered in plastic, as we hoped, so we quickly had to put it in the dry. Jill's back has really had enough today!

Rob did a bit of hoovering  and Jill spent a few hours removing nails. Over 400 to be precise. There are still quite a few to do tomorrow.
