Little steps

 Bruce and Michael continued in the bedroom. We now have the corners looking tidy and the grooves in the panelling have been tidied up. This was a bit tricky with old timber but it was worth it.

We can start on the flooring soon.

Jill worked on the big walk again. Putting on a quick first coat helps to show any bits that need filling or sanding. Gaps have been filled and drawing pins removed.

It rained heavily this morning so Jill checked on the drainage by the gate. All looking good although the ditch is still draining into the garden but it being moved away by Jill's trench.

Jim also popped in to start on coving upstairs.
