Today was up and down with the weather. Jill did check the container but no pot of gold!
Shame
We had a visit from Planning today for the survey for building consent. All went well and it seems everything we have done meets with approval and smiles. Big relief. We will put the plans in for the extension now.
Bruce putbthe furniture on our bedroom door. We managed to reuse a set of knobs which is good. He also put 2nd skim on the taping so that can be sanded tomorrow.
Jim hadca challenge sorting the small gap by the hall door. The plasterboard is thinner than the timber we had to take off. Will take a photo when it's finished.
Ted and the girls have decided to make a temporary home during the day, in the stable. Oops!
Jill did some sanding and painted the 1st coat on the wall at the top of the stairs.
