Muck

 Fairly gloomy and windy day.

Jill went for a walk down to the Wick. Lots of gulls about and a great Northern diver being buffeted around by the waves.

There were one od two sessions in the cove checking out the beach. They are starting to pup now.

On the way home Jill noticed the gulls and crows were collecting over something near the Broch. Once the gulls flew off after going close, a poorly lamb lay with it hooves in the Loch.
It was not looking good so Jill called Rob to get Alan the crofter over and looked after it til he arrived. It was soon collected so fingers crossed it will be alright.

Sweet little lady.

For the rest of the afternoon Jill cleared out some if the old muck from the barn. There is a lot of it. We need more space for the peat bags.

We are going to need to do some wall repairs and fix the roof at some point.
Then it was off to the hall for the social night. Some excellent company.
