Michael is on the mainland collecting his new van so he wasn't with us today. Patrick got on with glossing doors which is proving difficult as we haven't had any drying weather. We had appointments today so we left mid morning after a bit of wall scrubbing and paint stripping.
While we were out Patrick changed to frames. It makes so much difference.
Unfortunately, we have just discovered that EON have cancelled tomorrows appointment to put in our economy 7 Meter so we can' t swap over the emersion yet which is a shame. They can't now come til 27th September.
We have decided we need a bit more help with the planning department so today we have sorted a company to work with us.
We also treated ourselves to a much bigger sander!
Our little stream that Patrick dug for us has been busy. Originally it was bigger and ran right through the house, which is why we have one room concreted, but now it's just a soggy mess outside the front door. We need to do some groundwork, but when we have the extension built we will fix this with drains.
