Ouch!

Nice morning so Jill headed out for a walk. It was one of those days when you felt either everything was sneaking up on you or sitting watching as  you passed by.

Foula actually had sun on it in part. It's amazing to pick out the lighthouse even though it's 16 miles away

The cliffs look huge. They are the 2nd highest in Europe I believe.

Walking back a something odd happened. Actually Jill thinks it started with a foot slipping on a metal style when leaving Braewick beach yesterday.  For no apparent reason , just walking, her ankle started hurting with a sharp pain. It got a bit better with walking so she headed back.

On returning home Jill did a few jobs clearing out debris from the Nissan hut and dragging wet byer wood to the bonfire patch. The ankle felt ok until she sat down for lunch. Getting up was then a problem and on checking she had a very pretty bruise and swelling on the joint. Ouch!

That will limit activities for a couple of days!
