Mixed bag

Jill got up early and did some paint stripping before going for a walk. It was a lovely morningbut nit that warm.

Lots of Rock pipits about but it was best avoiding the beach so as not to got bombed by Arctic Terns. Good to see Fulmar chick's too.

By the Loch Jill spotted someone in the garden. It was Frank the Stonemason looking at the walls that need repairing. He now knows what we need done . Unfortunately the cats didn't take to his Terrier, Jess.

Jill then headed to  the hospital for visiting. Rob is better but struggling with sickness from the antibiotics.

On the way home. Jill took the long route via Bousta and Dale of Walls as it was a nice evening. Good to find a Common sandpiper on the Loch and lots of wheatears..

Getting home  at about 7.15pm. Jill dropped her bits indoors and went back to the car to empty the smelly rubbish bags from the car. (From another tip trip). Then it got complicated as the knackered front door decided to stay locked. The key just spun in the lock. Finally giving up, the glass got broken so it was possible to get in. It's been dodgy for a while. Hopefully new one will be ready soon but a hammer has now realised the lock again although it's broken in half. Re.arkably it locks better now. Then having got it Jill realised Morgan was missing. After  an hour of searching she appeared but it looks like she has a problem with her tail so it looks like the vets tomorrow. Sigh. She looks very sorry for herself. Possibly she hurt it running away from the Terrier.
