Bedroom 1 is coming along and the fireplace has now been sealed. It was badly done and made from a rough, recently done, concrete in the first place so Michael has done a grand job leveling it off.
We have rescued the fire surround and hope we can reuse it but it is quite simple. Hopefully the walls will begin to dry out now that part of the roof is repaired.
The wall between bedrooms moves, so Michael made an exploratory hole. The frame will need strengthening and insulating. He has also repointed above the window. Super job.
The garden is looking like a meadow. Lots of wildflowers and grasses. Campion is doing well and still lots of dandelions. Yellow rattle is starting to show in the area. There will be fields if yellow soon.
