Two days in one

No blog yesterday as Jill  overdid the lifting whilst clearing some more of the barn. It was the sight of  the eight year old half eaten  sandwich that did it!

As promised scaffolding picture today.  Good news- we don't need a catio, we can just leave the scaffolding up!

Today after a lot of hard work this week we gave ourselves the day off and headed south so here comes a photo fest. We are hopeful the orca pod can be identified as they are all numbered. We finished the day in Scalloway which is a bonnie place with a lovely castle and scrummy take away.

After eating we popped via Tingwall and made a quick diversion to see pioneering spirit, the biggest ship by tonnage in the world. It is a catermaran and was used to bring in part of a decommissioned oil rig.she weighs over 403,000 tonnes
