Well. It's the first day the weather has stopped house repairs. It was awful so certainly too dangerous for Michael and Connor to be on the roof. Rain and wind stopped play!
We stayed in and sorted some paperwork and Rob set up a computer.
It rained really hard all day so Jill spent some time in the attic putting pots and baby baths under the leaking ridge. Hopefully it won't do too much damage. Whilst up there, there were a few bits of insulation that were unused so Jill put them between the eaves. Might help a bit. It's odd that they did a good job on about a 6th of the insulation and then just stopped.
No pictures of wildlife today. Just the attic and its row of potsfound up there. It's very odd but there are quite a few windows up there that would never had fitted the house.
It's a very big attic and its Bentleys new best place for exploring.
We did find out today that Rob has an eye appointment in Aberdeen on 2nd June so the hospital are sorting our flights! A bit more fun than the normal hospital transport.
What was fascinating was watching a car park outside by the footpath at 6pm and watching one of our neighbours head off to the beach for fishing. He was gone about 3 hours and bearing in mind its hard to stand up out there, tough people up here. The waves are over the cliff.
