It started with the flooring deciding to shed it's joints and backing all at the same time in the guest kitchen/ breakfast room. It never liked being put back together after the heating went in.
So, we decided to head straight to town , one to get some glue to try and temporarily fix it and two to see what there was locally.
Jill went to grab some glass jars to take to the bottle bank and was just about to leave the byre when she heard peeping. Shelly has been sitting for 4 weeks and we thought Teddy was firing blanks...... We were wrong.
So Jill made a temporary run to keep the crows and ravens off. We have a third this evening but it's not as strong as the other two.
We did make it to town and have gone for a thick lino instead of laminate. Hopefully that will work ok
Picked up some chick crumb too.
