Busy busy busy, been full nearly all week with lots of lovely people. ( And Jim's been here doing some bits and bobs.) So, there hasn't been much time for birdwatching or the garden apart from cutting the field. ( Which is a killer!)
Jill did her PA day in Tuesday. It was weird as it was glorious all day at home but cloudy at Mossbank.
Did find a nice hedgehog on the way home. And yes our in daylight here, or it would starve!!
The cotton grass is looking good too.
Today, after the bed changing and hoovering, Jill popped to the shop and had a wander out afterwards. Melby was full of motor homes so she didn't stay but there was still plenty of roadside activity
There are still 4 redshank chicks
Grouse chicks really disappear in the grass. Still plenty of curlew chicks about too.
Not a bad break!
