Slop!

 Busy start this morning. The concrete arrived really early.

We didn't quite get all the bits done we wanted, but the slab is done and the byre now has a full floor instead of half a floor. The left over bits went in the patio area. We can add to that later. The cats all managed to escape when Rob stuck his head out to see. 3 cats had their Paws washed and Pepper, who launched herself right into it, had to have her first ever bath! (As did Jill)

Jim an Bruce did a great job smoothing it out. It helped that the weather was perfect for laying  concrete.

This afternoon, Jill left Rob getting his equipment ready, and went for  walk somewhere new. The coastline from Westerwick to Silwick.

It was a lovely walk.
