The old kitchen is unrecognisable and gets warmer by the day as the new insulation goes in.
Jill and Bruce made sure it has as few gaps as possible but has air flow round it.
Jim carried on working on the bathroom, finishing off the cupboard.
Rob had 2 more hospital appointments on Friday ( 7 appointments this week) so it's been quite intense. It was nice to be out with such beautiful scenery and we found some Ravens too.
Geri is doing a little better. The wound has stopped draining and it is starting to heal. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
We were supposed to be on the ferry to Aberdeen this evening but it was cancelled so we were able to go to the village quiz. We had a great night joining the Walks Wives team. We became WWW Waaz wives and Watsness - and did very badly!
This morning Jill carried on taping the insulation and tidying up. We headed out just after lunch for attempt two on the ferry. We need to get it as Rob has a hospital appointment in Aberdeen on Monday. Some nice birds in the harbour while we waited. Our first Shetland Luttle Gull- in the snow
The ferry left a bit early. Oohhhh its rough!!
