Nice find

 More wind today so it was another day indoors.

Jill started the morning with a bit of caulking and some painting in the hallway. Then it was up into the attic to do some tidying. We have some new firewood as there are loads of manky planks in the attic.

While moving some near the hatch Jill found a bit of old metal. On closer inspection it turned out to be an old fireplace fender. 

 This afternoon, making the kitchen smell like a chup shop, Jill started to cleat it with vinegar, salt and flour. It will take a while!




Geri and Pepper managed to get closer to each other. Geri is desperate to play with the tail.




The staircase is being delivered to Shetland Transport in Aberdeen on the 10th.  It's on its way..
