Slow death of a Christmas Pudding

Jill bagged up some of the old dirty insulation to go to the tip today. Jim found one of the walls had been filled with parcel packing. Guess they ran out!

The ceiling came down today so we can see where the leaks are. Basically the lead flashing needs replacing/ sorting out. Apart from that, it's amazing up there.

This has given us rise to change our plans. We will put a room up there and make the extension smaller. It will be a lovely space.

Bruce worked in the hallway, putting up a board for the coving to fit too and working on the ceiling.

As Geri is now well enough to play we bought her a toy. It's a Christmas pudding. It won't last long.

It's good to see her actually being a kitten
