Not according to plan

 Well we only got one day of Shoppjng as only 3 hours off the ferry we got the call to say the Thursday ferry would likely be cancelled which threw us into panic as we had so much  to do. We ended up having only a day and the straight back on the ferry. It wouldn't have been a problem if we didn't have 4 hospital appointments to get back for.  We did manage to fit in two car test drives. We couldn't choose which one

Jill sprinted round as many of the shops as we could. Managed to get most of what we needed. Car full!

We made it back on time and sat on the Dock for ages waiting to get on. There were 2 huge ships in the harbour. We know which one we would rather pronounce.

Once on the ferry The call went out for force 7/ 8 gales so it promised to be a rough crossing. We decided to go straight for the cabin as Rob would struggle with  rough sea. We watched elf.

They have changed the tea supplier on board. A sort of unfortunate name wee think.

It ended up being just about the calmest trip we have had!!!

The kitties had missed us, especially Geri.

Bruce had been busy removing the last of the plasterboard so Jill helped bring in some timber so it dries out. Jill started arranging the order for stairs.

Even had a bit of time for some decorations.

. We haven't got space for much this year.
