Landscapy sort of day today. Rob was feeling a bit MEH so went back to bed and as Jill gave herself back ache lifting bags of slate, she decided to try getting rid of it with a walk.
Few bird checks picked up lots of thrushes still around and 5 Great Northen Divers at Norby.
Then, in lovely light, Jill took a walk along the coast from Bousta to Norby. Beautiful!
Unfortunately it had the opposite effect that was required on Jill's back. Now very sore. Hmmmm.
On the way home the apocalyptic skies started.
Then it was a bit if rest with some painkillers
