Jill started this morning in the carpeted bedroom. It was out with the Allen keys and indecipherable instruction sheet ready to make up the new kingsize bedframe. It only took a couple of hours and seems to have gone together very well. No bits left over ( apart from the spare set they so kindly added in)
The two boxes have been in the hallway so long it seems weird without them.
Bruce got stuck in to the shower cubicle. It was a bit of a kit of parts but he's done a grand job. The walls being wonky didn't make it easy.
Making the most of the afternoon light. We went for some fresh- air, looking for the waxwings again. We didn't find them but there were hundreds of fieldfare and redwings everywhere.
Jill was delighted to find a picture of the Foula Yellow Warbler was published in bird watch magazine this month.
