What do you do if you cant sleep?

 Well; you get up, get dressed and go outside to look at the Aurora at 3am!!

Should have turned the house light off!

So, got in at 4.30pm and did finally sleep. It was amazing.

Checked the garden for birds and there were 2 Ravens acting weirdly. Turns out they were having a go at poor nutmeg trying to cross the field. Think she may have had a rabbit. She's quick!

Did a few bits in the house

Rob is still sanding and Jill put 2nd coat on porch ceiling. Then the rest of the day was websiting. It does actually seem to be getting there, although a page went missing today.

Rob had a nurse appointment today. This is how much space his stuff takes up at the surgery.

On the way we quickly checked the bod garden for migrants but there was nothing. Nice autumn crocus though.

 

A bit of a break in the weather so we had a quick spin to Melby. Not so many waders today but several Red throated divers and Gannets playing with rainbows.
