Oh dear!

Started off very dreary but by 9am was sunny again.

Rob started straight away sanding the bannister. Will Jill had another chip chip chipping session on the porch wall. It does give you shoulder ache!

Bruce was working on the fireplace. It's looking quite smart and has sanded well.

We headed off for Robs usual Friday hospital appointment. We had a bit of worry when we got back. No sign of Bruce and he had clearly cut himself. Turns out he got a bit close to the saw blade so Jim took him to the surgery and then on to a and e. OUCHIES!

Rob then carried on sanding and Jill went and added more mortar to the outside wall. It's going to take a lot and might be a bit messy as you put it in the top and it comes out the bottom, but it will be safe. The coping has been slightly rearranged.

Nice sunset.
