Dropped off !

 Jill is delighted. It has taken months since the wind slammed the car door on her thumb. Today the old nail finally fell off. It's been driving her mad and catching on everything.

Jill started on the last bedroom ceiling. Lovely polystyrene tiles!

Bruce started in the bathroom and then let Jim take over while he went for some plywood. Unfortunately, we then discovered the filler had gone off so plans changed til we can get some more. A bit of taping did get done.

Attention then turned to making the front door airtight. The new threshold has gone in ( the free bit of brass). It was a bit fiddly but it looks great.

Once this is all air tight, the outside door can come out again and be reseated to stop it leaking underneath. It's leaked since it went in.

Once the ceiling tiles were off, Jill did some more sanding. Yay!
