Almost

 Beautiful day so it was out with the mower. The grass grows so fast here. The zhonda we have was expensive but has a major design fault. It doesn't mulch very well - still it gave Bruce a good laugh when  wedged  open and the mulcher shot the cuttings over Jills head!

Don't worry we left lots of celandine and a patch of dandelions  for the bees. Some of the willows we planted last year are doing well.

Jill also managed a bit of painting today. Joining the dots still. The new big window is going in here.

The good news is - the almost is the knot weed patch. There have only been half a dozen shoots this year. The patch in the walled area has totally gone.

Look , no knotweed!

Bruce worked on the landing wall and window seat. It's coming along nicely. It was getting touch and go with the boards as we have now used up all we had left.
