Back to it

 After the excitement of Up Helly Aa yesterday, today it was back on with the house.

Bruce and Michael have been working on repairing on the lintel. It's been really difficult as it was very rotten and the stonework above isn't quite how it should be but they have managed to fix it.

Jim and Jill got on with some painting upstairs and in the lobby. Jim has now put up the coving in there.

Another door frame is now getting the gloss treatment upstairs and we have started the last panelled wall.

We have decided it will look good with a picture rail. Now to decide what colour to put at the top. Hmmm.
