Skirting around

 Bruce worked on the door frame today and put the skirting around the bedroom. It does finish it off.




Jim worked on the coving in the two nearly finished rooms upstairs.


Rob had another foot check in Lerwick so it was off to the tip again. That's all the old concrete tiles gone now. One of the carpet companies was getting rid of some off cuts so we went and had a look. 2 bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom now sorted. Just need to get the underlay




Only one room to do and then to decide on the landling and stairs.

We spotted a female velvet scoter at the Bridge of Walls on the way back. It was distant though.

 





We have got a good amount done in the house this week.


It was an exciting evening as our daughter called to say she had got engaged. Congratulations Roanna and Alex
