It was very wet in Aviemore this morning. A shame as we would have liked to see some snow.
En route to Aberdeen, we quickly stopped at Loch Garten
Jill had 3 red squirrels and the Crested tits were visiting the feeder station. It stayed gloomy.
We took a scenic route back to Aberdeen going through some new villages and towns. Stumbling on the walkers shortbread factory we felt we had to stop. Several boxes of their seriously yummy mince pies found the way into the car.
After a bit of shopping in b and q we arrived at the ferry terminal in plenty of time. Its going to be a bit rough after the Orkney stop.
