All indoors as it rained just about all day.
Hard work day. Michael wanted to work on the upstairs front left bedroom and look at the rotten joists so Patrick and Jill tackled the rotten panelling in the old kitchen.
The rain has been bad down this gable end due to the holes in the skews and the leaky chimney. The roof panelling and wall panelling, which would have been lovely to keep, were totally rotten with wet and dry rot. It's just as well this blog doesn't allow for smelly vision! It was a tough day but we got a lot done. The really bad bit was round the old flue. Really gross.

Now we are at this stage, with still a bit more to do.
Looks like we will be having another bonfire. Unfortunately the timber is way too damaged.
