Nit of a change of plan. Jill was supposed to be heading out for her PA time. While reaching in to unplug the car the 60 mph wind caught and slammed the door, right on the hand.
So. It was off to a and e. Luckily there is no break, just a wee bit of floating chip, and a fair bit of damage to the carpal nerve ie. No feeling in thumb or 1 st finger. It could have been much worse.
Today, the feeling has come back and the bruise is starting to get pretty so it was back to work. Both of this weeks guests have had plans changed due to the weather. John went yesterday and Mingyang went today.
We did do some scenery checks on the way.
Bit more snow
We managed to get him on an earlier ferry.
It was actually a lull day though and was quite nice so we had a quick Melby check.
