The steps down to the walled garden got some attention today. Sean came over and helped clear out about 100 years of soil. We found an edge stone and more steps. Ot appears there is a surface under the soil too but its bitty.
We added a step below too to hold the originalstep in place. Then we added a small pathway into the area using old cobbles from by the front door that we had too move and old fire bricks. Jill still needs to uncover more of the base layer.
Then we had a go at the collapsed wall. It didn't go to well but some of it is pretty good.
Bruce put holes in his doors so we can pop them out and started on plasterboarding upstairs.
