Start of demolition

Drizzly on and off but quite a warm day.

Bruce and Jill carried on where they left off yesterday working on the bathroom door frame and pointing the feature wall. Both are coming along well.

Jill popped over to Sandness looking for the Magpie that has been there all winter. There is one in Lerwick so everyone wondered if it was the same one.  Didn't find it but later on one of the residents spotted it so there are two here now.

There was a lovely Golden Plover on the way home.

While Jill was out Rob did some more sanding on the bannister.

Rob had his foot checked and we stayed in Walls as the 2 Guys were here with their mobile burger van. The hall was open so we treated ourselves to a burger which was delicious, and an ice cream. Yum.

This meant we had tea early so when we got home we started to tackle the extremely manky porch. It's days are numbered!.

It was a good start.
