We haven't had a full day out birding for months due to Robs health. It was glorious today so we left early and started on our local patch, then making our way East and South.
SANDNESS AND MELBY
LERWICK
HOSWICK
BODDAM
GRUTNESS and WEST VOE
SUMBURGH
And SCALLOWAY with the cracking Rough legged Buzzard.
A 53 species day, not too shabby.
