Rest day

We decided to visit the Lerwick craft fair today. There were lots of amazing crafts and we picked up a few early Christmas pressies. It was nice to meet several folk that we knew. Makes us feel at home.

We had a nice soup lunch and then quickly visited the Sound for a quick birdwatch. There were lots of Siskin and Redpoll, with one camera shy Hornemanns Arctic Redpoll. There were also 3 Red Breasted Mergansers off the beach.

Jill didn't realise that there were back to back Siskins.!

It was the village bonfire night. So it was nice to wander down. It was a lovely bonfire.
