Back to routine

After our break down South we are getting back to routine which is surprisingly good!.  We have had some visitors. Thanks for the flowers Penny, it was good to see you.

Our friends Catherine and Finley popped over too. They haven't seen the house for a while so it was good to see their reactions.

The weather has continued to be windy so Jim has been off doing a few other inside jobs.

Our new heating system should go in in the next two weeks.

Another good thing happened today. Spicey our feral kittie shadow, did one of his wanderings. He was away for longer than usual, but he came back today

Distant Bewick Swans

As we pulled into the track for St Benets our friend Nick talked up Cattle Egret- 8 of them!

We also had good views of a male Hen Harrier.
