Driveway birding

Jill has been finishing the hole filling where there is damage to the walls from the heating. The biggest bit was where the plasterboard came out. It's looking better now though. Nearly done. We are still taking out plenty of water after the leak. About 20 litres a day!

Rob has been emptying boxes from upstairs where our kitchen stuff was stored. We will hopefully gave a bew kitchen soon so it's time to start separating our stuff from the guest kitchen.

Jim has been cutting loads of batons for the extension.

With the fields mown, they are covered in Curlews, Oystercatchers, Gulls, Starlings  and Redshanks. The garden walls are being visited by several families of meadow pipit,

There is really no need to go out birding as even the driveway is good.

We did pop out briefly to Sandness. Nit much about but a few Sanderlings, 1 Dunlin and lots if gulls.

Floor back down

The laminate in the kitchen diner has gone back down. It hadn't been put down well anyway and the joints were coming apart and the bits...
