Chartreus rather than red!

A few bits and bobs this morning. Filling in the holes the plumbers left in the bathroom above the new towel rail.

We think they made rather too many holes!

Then a bit of working putting a stop on the parking area.

Geri tried out the new seat and all.

And Jill , with new iron man muscles moved the rock in place.

We are still talkng out masses of water from the ceiling leak in our dehumidifier   there are still wet patches, which is worrying.

To cheer ourselves up, we went out in the good weather, although we nearly turned back as Lerwick was thick fog.

We went South as Jill wanted to find the phenomenon  that is the red pool. Found it, but it's more chartreus slime green!.

Very smelly too.

On the way back Jill found.......some puffins. She even managed to get Rob there, which took a  fair while,  although he might be out of practice looking for them.

If you don't like puffins look away now.

At one point  Jill  felt like someone was watching her. They were.

It was a super afternoon followed by lots of knot at Virkie and one at Melby.

Then to top it all, a pair of crossbills briefly  in the garden on our return.
