Trowie time

No builders the last few days. The house seems empty.

Jill has spent a bit of time crafting with some of the local seaglass and pottery shards. Say hello to the first west side trowie!

He was fun to make. Will do some more.

Today we had to go to town, popped into the tourist info office before they close to get some leaflets for the accommodation. Then Jill collected new glasses. She can see!

After that we did some birdwatching. Very cold wind today though. Firstly lots of redwings about and then a lovely Arctic Warbler.

The first goldcrest of the autumn too.

Then the first Pallas's Warbler on Shetland for us.
