Our first visitor

 Heavy frost overnight but a simply beautiful day so Jim spent his time painting the gable ends as we really need to get the scaffolding down.





Jim also masticed and foamed in yesterday's window.


Jill also worked outside tidying up the front garden ready to dig foundations.


250 slates moved today and 6 bags of rubble. Some if the good slates will be used around the log burner. Another trip to the tip tomorrow!

We have now had our first visitor. Jill's dad died of covid 2 years ago and her sister had some ashes put in a tiny heart.
